RGV Resources is being developed as a tool for the "Snowbirds" aka "Winter Texas" and the local Rio Grande Valley known locally as RGV or simply the Valley to find lodging, entertainment and services of all kinds throughout the valley. rgv events  Let me use a quote from Ron Kowalczyk, co-administrator of Snowbirds/AKA Winter Texas, Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Over 50% of our new members don't know the term Winter Texas or don't bother looking for it. We were Snowbirds for 2 weeks and Winter Texas for 19 seasons. We need to bring you here to see how great it can be to be Winter Texas." With this in mind, RGV Resources was conceived and is now being formed.

We plan to post properties for rent and homes for sale from a variety of sources; namely real estate agents, brokers, 55+ and park and RV owners. Currently only a few items are listed, more will be added soon. Our most recent properties are listed at the bottom of this page and other property categories where you can search for properties for rent or sale are listed in the row menu. 55+ and RV sites are included in the list along with other business units and listed in the directory menu. Artist and community activities can be communicated in announcements and events if desired. We are working on creating sections for rgv eventstrailer parks and business directories along with a dedicated section for churches.
